Research Use Only Products

All products sold by Premium Peptide Australia are strictly intended for laboratory and research purposes only.

Because our peptides are sensitive research materials, we do not accept returns or exchanges on opened, used, or improperly stored products.

By placing an order, customers confirm they understand all products are sold for research purposes only.

Eligible Refunds

Refunds may be approved only under the following circumstances:

• Wrong item received
• Damaged product during transit
• Missing items from your order
• Order not delivered after confirmed shipping investigation
• Duplicate payment or billing error

To request a refund, customers must contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Non-Refundable Situations

We do not issue refunds for:

• Change of mind
• Incorrect shipping information provided by customer
• Improper storage after delivery
• Opened or used products
• Delays caused by courier services once package is in transit

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect:

1. Contact our support team within 48 hours
2. Include:

   • Clear photos of packaging and products
   • Description of issue

Once reviewed, we may offer:

• Replacement shipment
• Store credit
• Partial or full refund

Shipping Issues

If tracking shows delivered but package is missing:

• Customers must first contact the courier
• Then contact our support team for investigation

We are not responsible for theft after confirmed delivery.

Order Cancellations

Orders may only be cancelled before dispatch.

Once an order has shipped, cancellation is no longer possible.

Refund Processing Time

Approved refunds are processed within 3–7 business days back to the original payment method.
